Manager Products & Special Initiatives

Soneri Bank is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join its Product Department as Manager Products & Special Initiatives . This role is central to driving the bank's product strategy and executing special projects that enhance its offerings and market position .

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management: Manage and enhance existing deposit or transaction products, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant . This may involve working with products like PLS Savings, Soneri Savings, and Term Deposit accounts .

New Product Development: Drive the development of new products and initiatives, from ideation and design to deployment and performance optimization .

Process Digitization: Contribute to the end-to-end digitization of existing products and processes to improve customer onboarding and user experience .

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand evolving consumer needs and technology trends, using these insights to improve product offerings .

Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams (technology, compliance, risk, business) and external partners for smooth project execution and service improvements .

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all products and initiatives comply with regulatory, risk, and audit requirements . Take ownership of product documentation, budgeting, and P&L .

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Deposit Products or Product Management .

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) from an HEC-recognized university .

Core Competencies:

Strong understanding of banking products and the product development lifecycle .

Excellent analytical, MIS, and reporting skills .

Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills .

Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams .
