Branch Manager – Mirpur Khas

Zellbury is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead its retail branch in Mirpur Khas. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, customer service, team management, and retail operations skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales team.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and stock management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports.
• Handle staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Education & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant retail/store management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with fashion/apparel retail experience will be preferred.
