Business Development Officer

MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of Business Development Officer in Lahore. The role is focused on direct sales and business development, requiring candidates who can work effectively in a team, meet tight timelines, and demonstrate strong learning ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform direct sales and business development activities.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to achieve assigned business targets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Manage assigned responsibilities within tight timelines.
• Support the bank's business growth initiatives.
• Demonstrate continuous learning and adaptability.
• Apply knowledge of Islamic banking principles where relevant.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in direct sales.
• Ability to work under tight timelines for up to 6 days a week.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability and willingness to learn.
• Understanding of Islamic banking principles will be an advantage.
