Assistant Manager – Analytics & Portfolio

A leading financial institution is seeking two talented professionals to join its Consumer Credit Department in Karachi. The available positions focus on consumer credit portfolio analytics, risk monitoring, MIS reporting, and data-driven portfolio insights. The Assistant Manager – Analytics & Portfolio will be responsible for consumer credit portfolio performance monitoring, NPL and delinquency analysis, roll-rate and vintage analysis, dashboard development, and providing actionable portfolio insights. The Officer – Analytics Consumer Risk will support consumer risk analytics, portfolio monitoring, risk MIS, NPL and delinquency reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and development of early-warning indicators. Candidates should have strong analytical capabilities and hands-on expertise in SQL and Advanced Excel, while Power BI, SAS, and Python experience will be an advantage depending on the role.

Experience: 3–5+ years

Education: Bachelor's degree — Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Perform consumer credit portfolio analytics and performance monitoring.
• Analyze NPL, delinquency, roll rates, and vintage performance.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Generate actionable insights from consumer credit portfolio data.
• Monitor portfolio trends and identify emerging credit risks.
• Support portfolio performance reviews and data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare analytical reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
