Dean – Faculty of Management Sciences

Hamdard University is seeking a visionary and accomplished academic leader for the position of Dean – Faculty of Management Sciences. The Dean will be responsible for providing strategic academic leadership, strengthening teaching and research excellence, supporting curriculum development, maintaining academic quality standards, and contributing to institutional administration and growth. The ideal candidate should hold a PhD in Management Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university, with a strong academic and research profile, quality publications, extensive teaching and research experience, and demonstrated academic leadership. Experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, institutional administration, communication, and team management is essential. Prior experience as a Dean, Associate Dean, Head of Department, or an equivalent academic leadership position will be highly preferred. International or overseas academic and professional experience will be considered an advantage.
