Relationship Manager / Relationship Executive – Retail Branch Banking

UBL is seeking experienced and customer-focused professionals for the positions of Relationship Manager and Relationship Executive within Retail Branch Banking in Karachi. Candidates must have relevant retail branch banking experience, as this is a mandatory requirement. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting deposit mobilization, acquiring and retaining customers, promoting banking products and services, and achieving assigned business targets. Strong communication, customer-service, sales, and relationship-management skills are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven branch banking environment and building long-term relationships with retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with retail banking customers.
• Acquire new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Promote deposit products, accounts, and other retail banking solutions.
• Achieve assigned deposit mobilization, sales, and relationship-management targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Support branch business development and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and applicable procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account-related documentation.
• Coordinate with branch operations and other departments to facilitate customer requirements.

Requirements

• Retail Branch Banking experience is mandatory.
• Relevant experience as a Relationship Manager, Relationship Executive, Branch Banking Officer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and customer relationship management.
• Good understanding of deposit mobilization and branch sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Candidates must be available for Karachi-based positions only.
