Rendream is looking for a results-driven and hands-on Technical Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in the software industry to lead project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. The role involves managing Agile deliverables, coordinating SDLC activities, tracking project risks and dependencies, resolving delivery challenges, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should have a strong understanding of software development processes, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong ownership, leadership, organizational, risk-management, and stakeholder-management skills are essential. PMP certification will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of software projects.
Coordinate cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog coordination, and delivery tracking.
Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities from planning through deployment.
Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and issues.
Identify delivery risks proactively and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, scope, quality standards, and deadlines.
Facilitate communication between developers, QA, product teams, management, and other stakeholders.
Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Drive continuous process improvements across project delivery.
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in software development/project management.
Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities.
Strong leadership and ownership mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
PMP certification is a strong plus.
Background in Management or Software Development preferred.
