Business Intelligence Manager – Power BI

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Intelligence Manager – Power BI to lead Power BI reporting and Business Intelligence initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining executive dashboards, translating business requirements into actionable BI solutions, designing optimized data models, developing DAX measures and Power Query transformations, and integrating data from ERP systems, databases, APIs, Excel, and other sources. The role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Inventory, Procurement, and other functions to deliver accurate, timely, secure, and user-friendly management reporting. The candidate will also drive reporting automation, data governance, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of BI solutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, data warehouses, ETL environments, Row-Level Security, deployment pipelines, gateways, and enterprise Power BI environments will be highly advantageous.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling.
• Proven experience developing enterprise-level dashboards and management reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Service, data security, governance, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating data from ERP systems, databases, APIs, Excel, and multiple business sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple BI projects and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other ERP platforms.
• Power BI data warehouse and ETL environments.
• Row-Level Security (RLS), deployment pipelines, gateways, and report optimization.
• Retail, restaurant, FMCG, or multi-location business environments.
