Green Peak International (GPI), in partnership with Mobilink Bank, is hiring Business Development Officers across multiple locations in Pakistan. This opportunity is particularly suitable for fresh graduates who want to begin their career in banking while gaining practical, field-based experience.
The role involves engaging with existing and prospective Mobilink Bank customers, developing customer relationships, supporting customer acquisition, and contributing to business growth through field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach prospective customers within the assigned geographical area.
Meet existing and potential Mobilink Bank customers in the field.
Acquire new customers and support customer onboarding activities.
Promote relevant banking products and services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
Conduct field visits and execute assigned sales and business-development activities.
Achieve assigned customer acquisition and sales targets.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into active customers.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Coordinate with branch and banking teams to facilitate customer onboarding.
Ensure compliance with applicable banking procedures and customer onboarding requirements.
Participate in structured training and continuously improve banking and sales knowledge.
Provide regular updates regarding field activities, leads, conversions, and business performance.
Represent the bank professionally while interacting with customers and the community.
Contribute to overall business growth within the assigned territory.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university/institution would be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to meet customers and conduct regular field visits.

Previous experience in banking, microfinance, fintech, sales, telecom, or customer acquisition would be an advantage but is not mandatory for fresh graduates.
