The role will provide exposure to requirements gathering, documentation, software development concepts, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and software requirements.
Support Business Analysts in preparing requirement documents and process documentation.
Communicate with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs.
Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
Develop an understanding of software development methodologies and SDLC.
Collaborate with technical and business teams during project activities.
Support testing, validation, and documentation activities where required.
Learn and apply business analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.
Progress toward a full-time Business Analyst role based on performance and organizational requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Fresh graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
